Case Study: The last of its kind. Restoring the Ruabon Tutunup Corridor

The Ruabon Tutunup Corridor provides a vital vegetation link in a largely cleared landscape that contains a number of unique and threatened flora and fauna species, as well as the TEC ‘Shrublands on southern Swan Coastal Plain Ironstones’.

Find out more about a landscape scale project aimed to increase native habitat and manage critical threats to the vegetation of the Ruabon Tutunup Corridor and associated Threatened Ecological Community (TEC) occurrences through engaging land managers and undertaking revegetation, fencing, weed control and invasive species control. All works were targeted to increase the long term ecological value of the vegetation corridor and buffer it from impacts of surrounding land use.VIEW CASE STUDY >
